长沙火车南站东广场年内投用 目前长沙火车南站东广场已进入施工扫尾阶段,预计年内投用。长沙晚报记者 王志伟 摄   长沙晚报讯(记者 陈焕明)到长沙火车南站乘坐高铁,一到节假日就人满为患,摩肩接踵,随着沪昆高铁即将于年底全线通车,目前长沙火车南站东站房已完工。记者昨日从长沙市武广新城开发建设公司获悉,位于东站房前方的火车南站东广场已进入施工扫尾阶段,将于年内竣工投用。东广场净用地面积7.48万平方米,总建筑面积16.9万平方米,整个东广场分为地下静态交通及换乘广场、地上疏散及景观广场两大部分,今后车辆到东广场如何走,本报记者为你一 一梳理。   布局:地下3层设置不同功能区   记者昨日来到施工现场看到,由于天空正下着小雨,工人们穿着雨衣在进行绿化种植等工作,而在室内则有不少人正在进行装饰装修等工作。据武广新城开发建设公司长沙火车南站站前东广场项目现场负责人胡逢贤介绍,东广场北起支路二南至支路三,总长550米;西起东站房东至红旗路。   “东站房为地下3层建筑,其中地下负一层为换乘广场,由室外下沉广场及各类交通换乘区间组成,包括公交、出租车、大巴停车等。”胡逢贤说,所有换乘区间布局均围绕东广场布置,以红旗路下穿道与周边辅道组织车行流线,内外均为立体方式组织流线关系,做到人流、车流不干扰不交叉。地下负二层和负三层主要设置为与长沙火车南站相配套的社会停车库及相应设备用房。东广场共设公交发车位25个、公交停车位50个、社会停车位1814个、出租停候车位135个。   设计:人流车流不干扰不交叉   胡逢贤介绍,由于东广场功能较复杂,交通流线也相对复杂,设计时采用最新的设计理念做到交通顺畅有序,并可满足对未来发展的需求,实现人车分离、高效无扰。东、西广场之间通过地下通道实现连接。   整个东广场的交通车流主要由三个层次构成。分别为标高为42.75米的高架进站车流,标高为38米的地面车流以及标高为31.5米的地下车流。设计中利用高架进站系统将人流与车流完全分离,将地面设置为人流集散与景观广场,人车分流的同时,也为地面广场景观提供了最优的条件。各部分换乘空间、停车场均位于地下,并以红旗路下穿道与周边辅道组织车行流线,内外均为立体方式组织流线关系,做到人流车流不干扰、不交叉。   东广场周边车流线组织延续长沙火车南站整体交通规划的布局,通过红旗路、新花侯路、支路二、支路三形成逆时针循环,确保车行交通的顺畅与合理性。乘客到东广场可实现高铁、地铁、磁浮、公交等无缝衔接。   车流:地下车流关系复杂,各行其道   长沙火车南站站前东广场建好后,市民开车或乘车去坐高铁怎么走?据悉,在三个层次交通车流中,地下车流关系最为复杂,主要包括社会车、大客车、公交车、出租车、长途车车流五部分,五个部分分区布置,各行其道,互不干扰。   其中,社会停车库位于地下广场负二层和负三层,总建筑面积逾10万平方米。进库车流由红旗路地面层或红旗路下穿道进,地下负二层北段、南段各设一个专用辅车道出,明显的主出入口设置方便市民识别方位和进行引导。   东广场公交车候车区位于出站广场南侧,直接与出站广场相连。设25条公交车线路,可备班候车50辆。进出站人流位于靠出站广场一侧,完全保证人车分流。   ;相关的主题文章:
