宁波拟出台全国教师教育信息化区域标准   前日,教育部规划课题《“互联网+”时代教师教育信息化区域推进战略研究》现场会在镇海艺术实验小学举行,探讨正在发生翻天覆地变化的教师教育信息化问题。据悉,宁波是全国第一个对教师教育信息化区域标准进行设计的城市,并拟出台全国教师教育信息化区域标准。   教师教育信息化   很多教师有畏难心理   走进当前校园,大家会发现诸如智慧教室、网格教室等高科技产品越来越多了,但是有些老师却不愿意用,有的也不会用。   “互联网+”时代了,现代教师教育信息化迫在眉睫。为何会出现这种现象?教师教育信息化存在哪些问题呢?   宁波教育学院负责主持《“互联网+”时代教师教育信息化区域推进战略研究》这一课题。课题组为此在我市多所学校调研,发现目前教师教育信息化建设尚处于起步阶段,部分学校和教师缺乏积极性和主动性,这些学校有领导认为这很“花钱、费时、瞎捣蛋”,更耽误教学。   而在教师中,普遍存在畏难心理、怕麻烦、对学习培训的效果持怀疑态度,有看看再说的心理。而且,教师一边从事繁重教学,同时又参加学习,的确困难较多。   同时,培训单位在不少执行过程中,往往“一刀切”,把不同文化程度、不同年龄、不同专业、不同职称的教师编在一个班级,学同样的内容,影响了参训老师的积极性。而且课程设置缺乏科学论证,没有认真研究教师所渴望提高的内容。   镇海先行   20多所学校开展相关尝试   何锋是镇海区艺术实验小学数学老师,他已从智慧课堂中感受到传统教学无法企及的优势。   他举了一个例子:“以往在常规课堂教学中,当老师要求学生进行某些教学活动时,为了了解学生的活动情况,只能走到学生身边一个一个去观察,不但需要很多时间,而且很难做到全面了解,甚至会影响学生操作。而运用了数字化教学平台后,大大提高了学习的效率,节约了课堂时间,强化了师生之间、同学之间的互动。”   原来,我市以镇海区为试点,从2010年开始就在全省率先开展一对一数字化学习实验项目,在教师信息化教育中率先进行了实践,目前已有20多所学校、60多个实验班开展了数字化教与学研究。   “我们学校从2011年开始实践‘一对一数字化’教学,五年来,我从一开始带着怀疑的态度进行尝试,到后来通过努力实践,渐渐感受到它带给我们的教学理念和方式的改变,再到现在对数字化引领下的智慧课堂新模式充满信心,每个阶段都有着许多体验和感悟。”镇海区蛟川中心学校任冬姿老师说起自己与教师教育信息化的故事,非常有感触。   宁波拟出台   全国教师教育信息化区域标准   “在全国,宁波是第一个对教师教育信息化区域标准进行设计的城市。”宁波教育学院党委书记苏泽庭介绍说。   除了镇海,目前我市还有江北、鄞州、宁海等参与教师教育信息化工作试点。从试点区来看,各地在推进教师教育信息化过程汇总,不断深入,形成了良好的示范效应。接下来,还将以试点区为突破口,将在全大市范围内推进这个工作。   宁波教师教育信息化课题研究作为教育部规划课题,拟出台全国教师教育信息化区域标准。“这项课题意义重大,不仅指导宁波市中小学教师教育信息化建设,还将为其他区域提供经验借鉴,可以为其他区域的教师教育信息化建设提供案例。教师教育信息化区域推进战略,能进一步实现优质教师教育资源共享,促进教师教育模式变革,实现教育均衡和公平。”苏泽庭介绍了这项研究的重大意义。  相关的主题文章:
