泰康人寿被指误导销售 承诺缴费五年变十年 新浪金融曝光台:理财遇飞单,存款变保单,理赔遭遇霸王条款,怎么办?点击“我要投诉”!金融机构申请入驻,第一时间倾听用户声音。   新浪财经讯 近日,新浪金融曝光台收到来自上海张太太的投诉。   2014年4月4号,时年54岁的张太太有一款泰康人寿的保险产品到期,但由于恰巧当时张太太脚踝受伤,无法亲自去保险公司办理,于是她电话预约了泰康人寿业务员来到家中帮忙办理到期取款。   业务员代先生在办理完取款手续后,向张太太推荐了另一款保险产品,并称这款产品利息较高,还能每年分红,连交五年后即可连本带息都取出来。   张太太回忆说当时只有她一人在家,儿子在国外工作,老伴儿已经去世,家中无人商量。张太太看业务员非常热情,还拿笔在纸上写写画画,给她计算利息如何划算,于是把1万元交给了他,并同意在保单上签字。   大概过了一周时间,泰康人寿邮寄过来正式合同。张太太看到合同上标明该保险名称“泰康财富人生C款终身年金保险(分红型)”,须每年4月5号之前缴纳一万元,缴费时间为十年。她发现这和代先生介绍的不一致。   张太太立即打电话给代先生问询,代先生回答说第六年即可退保并取出本金和利息,且保证是全额返还。这样一来张女士又放心了。这之后没过多久,张太太接到来自泰康人寿的回访电话,按照之前代先生的叮嘱,虽然听不明白电话里在说些什么,张太太也回答“收到了”、“明白了”。   2015年4月,张太太再一次缴纳1万元保费。   2016年1月,张太太的儿子回国休假,看到了这份保险合同,告诉母亲被骗了。张太太一开始并不相信,于是跟随儿子前往浦东陆家嘴泰康人寿营业部咨询。业务人员明确告知这是一份终身保险,原则上不可以取回本金,要连续缴纳十年保费。   张太太这才傻了眼。她表示,如果当初不是相信业务员说五年后即可连本带息回款,她断然不会购买这份保险。张太太告诉新浪财经,说她之前买的都是交几年保费,到期一定能连本带息取回的类型,而现在这款并非她想要的保险,她享有退休职工待遇和医保,不需要这样的终身保险。于是她要求退保并取回全额本金2万元,分红和利息可以不要。   然而泰康人寿营业部工作人员说,现在正常退保只能按照现金价值返还1万1千多元。于是张太太又向泰康人寿的投诉部门投诉。十天后投诉部门打来电话回复,张太太向新浪财经表示,投诉部门要求她提供证据来证明业务人员误导,否则空口无凭,另外由于代先生已从泰康人寿保险公司离职,所以投诉部门拒绝受理,称只能按照合同规定操作。   无奈之下,张太太又联系了代先生,他告知自己确已不再在保险公司工作了,并称当初培训的时候,就是老师教他们这么做的,他正是因为觉得欺骗顾客所以才辞职。但是代先生拒绝陪同张太太前往泰康人寿当面作证,表示去作证也没用。   张太太认为,泰康人寿保险的销售是在利用老年人文化程度低、不懂复杂的保险合同,并利用了善良、容易信任人的弱点,致人上当受骗。   新浪财经致电原泰康人寿保险业务人员代先生,他也表示这是一款不可取回的终身保险,但是因为本人已经不再泰康人寿工作,所以具体问题还得跟泰康人寿联系解决。   新浪财经致电泰康人寿客服,客服人员表示原则上只能按照保险合同规定来处理,但是如果张太太对此处理结果不满意,可以继续向客服投诉,他们将交由相关部门积极配合处理。 特别声明: 本平台承诺不公布投诉者真实姓名和身份,来稿一经刊登,即视为将专有出版权和网络传播权授予本网,稿件不予撤销及修改。也欢迎被投诉公司积极主动解决投诉。如有疑问,请联系我们: 电话:010-62676172 邮箱:money@staff.sina 进入【新浪财经股吧】讨论相关的主题文章:
